Slow Server

Slow server can cause high blood? Maybe yes, because if our server in the computer was faster than worm we cannot finish our work immediately right? Ok what is the cause of the slow server? for me the causes are first,the connection is failed, second, maybe the computer are malfunctioning. So what is the best solution that we do? For me if I am a computer technician, I will check the connection line by line like JAVA PROGRAMMING we should check our codes.Hehehe... Astig Noh?
